Caroline Minchew is a photographer from Virginia, currently based in Brooklyn, New York. She received her BA in studio arts from Sewanee: The University of the South in 2014. Actively working on the art of Platinum-Palladium Printing, she is published in the publication Platinum and Palladium Photographs: Technical History, Connoisseurship, and Preservation (Constance McCabe, ed. Washington: American Institute for Conservation, 2017). She has exhibited in galleries throughout the mid-Atlantic region and has works housed in the collection of the National Museum of American History in Washington, DC. Caroline completed a residency at Burren College of Art in Ballyvaughan, Ireland in the fall of 2017, and plans to pursue future residencies including traveling to Greece in July.
